food hygiene rating

Food hygiene is our number one priority. So we are very proud to announce that The Food Standards Agency and Ribble Valley Borough Council have given us the highest possible food hygiene rating - 5/5 ‘Very Good’. This rating is based on an inspection in which hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and management of food safety are all taken into account to give an overall rating.
